Ask HN: Second Month Trying to Get Coinbase Support

I have not had to wait 5 mo like the last person I saw post [1] about coinbase support but I don’t want to wait that long either. Im working on 2 months with nothing but empty promises and being asked for my patience and understanding. I’m currently locked out of my account. Any advice for proper escalation with coinbase support? I did notify the CFPB and have called and emailed coinbase support multiple times. What is the wait time people are waiting for account lockout issues? Is 5 mo really their backlog?
