Jenkins container with ability to run docker builds and SSL

Figured I'd spin up a Jenkins container that can run encapsulated Docker builds out of the box (most of my repos can be tested simply by running a Docker build). Whenever I've had to set up a new Jenkins CI server, I always found it a slight pain to configure the Jenkins installation with the above ability (plus SSL), and figured others may have the same issues.
