Ask HN: Any accessible talk at FOSDEM for beginner developers?

One of my friend started to learn coding. She had around 1 year of lessons covering basic stuff (PHP, Java, SQL). She leaved just next to the ULB where FOSDEM takes places so she was planning to drop by and visit.

Any recommendation on talks she could attend that would be accessible for her level ?
