Ask HN: Need a PHP rockstar in So Cal, where should I look?

I've tried a couple free job boards (with no luck) and have finally been given a budget to find a PHP programmer to join our team.

Where have you guys had luck finding PHP programmers?

Is there any particular job board that attracts more of the 'entrepreneurial' programmer?
