Ask HN: Is there a tool you wish had in your company?

I'm interning in a big company and we are brainstorming some company side projects. It's a nice thing my team is doing and as this is my first job ever I have no idea what to think. My team leader suggested that we can use machine learning or any sort of analysis on logs. But this isnt about machine learning, it's about improving or creating new tools to improve productivity, reduce costs, etc. Is there something you wish you and in a company while working there? Any cool opensource project that we can use? Anything!
