Ask HN: Any customizable contract document generation tool?

My wife's startup is looking for a tool that can autogenerate contract documents with text varying based on answering some questions/making selections on a form. In googling, she found players focused on automating the signing process flow but nothing simple to customize. I'm sure I can whip up something with either VBA in Word or Google Forms but thought this is surely an area where an an easy to use product might already exists. Any suggestions?
