Ask HN: Is there a scope for mobile first applicant tracker?

Most of the offerings in the market today are purely web first and in most cases don't offer mobile user experience. Engaging candidate via email seems like too 90ish.

Can we not have a mobile first recruitment CRM aka applicant tracking solution that is mobile first ?
