Ask HN: Team Lead title but no direct reports

Hi everyone, I got promoted to "Team Lead" lately but I don't have any direct reports. I report to my manager still who is a first line manager. I lead a team of 4 developers (my peers) and I'm basically the 5th dev in the group. I still code since I have the most experience and skills. I took on project management for our team/projects (call it scrum master) and I feed our UX team as well as working closely with our Product Manager. I am just confused about my title because I know some people who are labeled Team Lead and have a manager role with direct reports.

Shouldn't I be a Tech Lead?
