I want to start a lolcats kind of a website (I know Meh!). I have a domain sitting around that I want to use for some website hits and sell it off if it kicks off.

Is this a lame/ancient model?

I want to know how does lolcats work? I know it uses Wordpress as its engine but who creates the content? Are those submissions done by users?

with all the borders and witty (and not-so-witty) slogans?

If there are some other engines apart from wordpress, I would like to know about those as well.

If it's so easy, why did you ask the question?

I did not ask to have someone build it for me. I asked a question about strategy of those websites.

and western union it to you? What is hacker new becoming? Craigslist?
