Ask HN: Intellectual property lawyers by state for hire by individuals

Intellectual Property Law (IP) is a really big part of the creative, startup, and development industries. As a photographer, programmer, employee, open source contributor, etc... I find that I need to start hiring a IP lawyer to review IP agreements, NDA's, and contracts.

Are their any resources for individuals or small companies hiring private practice IP/contract lawyers at a reasonable rate? Something allowing searching by country/state would be great. (I deal with USA California, Delaware, & Texas jurisdictions)
