What's the name of the SaaS that aggregates small cloud provider spare capacity?

I can't remember the name or find it in search and it's driving me mad, please help.

I read about it on hackernews last year some time.

It was a blog post by an existing company launching a new product that aggregates the spare capacity of small cloud hosting providers and lets you deploy code to them and handles live migration between them.

I wanted to look into using them today but couldn't remember the name or find them!
