Ask HN: API to compare current spot instance pricing?

I'm looking for an API or a service with which I can get the current cheapest price for an instance type. For example, lets say I need a 12 core, 32 GB machine and I don't care about the location to perform a task that will only last 2 hours at the max. The following cloud vendors provide discounted instance for these purposes that can save you upto 80% compared to on demand instances:

AWS - Spot Instance (Demand based, 2 minute notice)

GCP - PreEmptible Instances (Max 24 hours, 30 second notice)

Azure - Low priority instance

Is there an api that can give me the lowest price that I can get across these vendors? This can save us a lot in costs where we can mix between instances that are dependable vs instances that are only used temporarily.
