None of these surprised me except for HTML5Boilerplate. I was under the impression that jQuery was not as popular anymore. I would think this would reduce the use of HTML5Boilerplate.
JQuery still has a huge legacy footprint, and likely will for years to come.

It's not without some degree of irony it has eventually become the IE11 of JS libs.

Meteor being more popular than Express is interesting though.

Is it actually used as widely as Express?

Among some others in the list, I don't believe it. That's why so many people in these comments are calling this into question.
