Anyone using stackoverflow entreprise and what has been your experience?

Stackoverflow offers an entreprise version for companies to have their own internal stackoverflow and I was wondering firstly if you use it and what has the feedback been and I guess for those who havent used it what would you think of having a q and a platform for internal company questions to Centralize developer knowledge and save people time.
