Ask HN: How do you refer to independent vs. team work projects on your resume?

I think knowing something was done independently or on a team is important info from hiring perspective. Do you distinguish between projects that you've worked on independently at work, versus those you've done as a team? Specifically, how do you word this?

For example, "Independently designed and developed X feature.", "Jointly migrated X to Y", just "Migrated X to Y" regardless of whether there was more than developer on the project, or some other variation?
