On May 25 the new General Data Protection Regulation comes into force.

With this regulation it's necessary to ensure that everyone you operate with is compliant as well. It also regulates that IP Addresses are falling under "personal information". Which means you basically need the same level of Data Protection from any hoster that you need to provide.

Now, there is a considerable amount of websites hosted on github pages. I haven't found any contract similar to a DPA (or ADV in German). I'm looking for something like this:

I'm sure I'm not the only one affected. How do you manage this (besides moving everything off GitHub Pages obviously). Did I miss something eventually?
