B2B Pilot program payments with personal bank account?

Hi, I'm an international founder who is in the process of validating his startup, while in a full-time gig (trying to get validation to get into an accelerator like Techstars or YC).

It's a B2B model, where I'd be selling a product for universities to enhance their students' career-building experience.

Since I can't form a company & set-up a business account yet, I was wondering whether it was possible to receive payment for the pilots on my personal bank account?

Side question: How do people process payments for pilot tests anyways? (e.g. check? wires? PayPal?)
