What a joke.

Imagine the (UK) government fining every person who wrote something "offensive" online.

On one hand the lyrics (as quoted in the link posted by another commenter [1]) are clearly in bad taste, and I don't see how they are supposed to pay tribute to a boy killed in a road accident. On the other hand I don't understand how any of this warrants a fine and curfew. Sure, if the platform this was posted on doesn't agree with the language they can give a warning or even block the account, but why did the justice system have to get involved at all?
