Ask HN: What do you use to manage your Podcast list?

I'm looking for something that finds me good content and also alerts me when it finds something I might like. Possibly a decent search engine in there too. Is there anything that searches that actual Podcast itself rather than just the description?

Then I want all this in one place please.
