Ask HN: Starting a new role this week as Project Manager. Where do I start?

I've never been formally a project manager or in any managerial role before. Now I'm expected to be PM and work via Jira.

Any tips on where to begin? Any good resources I can use to guide me?

The company is a small team of 10 people with only a couple of engineers and everyone else being sales.
