Is Facebook Leaking Contact's Shadow Profile Information in Profile Archives?

I just downloaded my Facebook profile information as a zip file. In the "about_you folder" there's a file called "your_address_books.html" that looks to be based on an old copy of my phone's address book. The unusual thing is that this contains lots of alternate phone numbers and email addresses for people that I never entered for people who I was never FB friends with.

Has this leakage been written about before? It seems like this is a severe privacy issue at a minimum, since it could allow a stalker to discover current contact information if they have out of data info. It also seems like it may provide a window into Facebook's "shadow profiles".
