Ask HN: Cap table/model for small business?

A few friends are interested in starting a gym business. We anticipate startup capital to be less than $60k initially, and $X amount for one-year runway.

Some of the founders will earn equity through sweat, some through investment.

Does anyone have a good model on how to best calculate this?
