Ask HN: How many time a day do you check HN?

I used to check hacker news about once a week and reading the top articles. After several months I was about once a day. Now I’m checking it several times a day as of it was my Facebook feed or something. It’s starting to become my default time killer. Just curious how often everyone else is coming here for a “fix”.
