Ask HN: Does such a thing as open-source contact lists exist?

Something you could import into iOS, Google Voice, etc... One list could contain numbers to all the major US banks (+1 for dial-a-human numbers), another list could contain the most popular delivery places in a particular city. This could keep your searches local, among other benefits.
