Are you trying to incite the mob with this post? If you read the latest comments by the Webpack team, it seems pretty clear that "Webpack" is not squatting on parcel scopes on npm.
3. Ryan at least has some sort of intention to use the scope, though it's unknown what that purpose is: https://github.com/parceljs/seed
I've registered the @parcel-js scope and added James and Devon to it. Whomever has @parceljs and/or @parcel-bundler is most likely typosquatting, so hopefully it can be recovered/transferred by npm. So, basically this: https://hackernoon.com/im-harvesting-credit-card-numbers-and...
I’m the creator of Parcel. This post is not accurate. Ryan does not represent webpack and there are no hard feelings between the teams. Please delete this post. Thanks! :)

[ 2.8 ms ] story [ 23.6 ms ] thread1. This was done by Ryan Clark, who has made a couple contributions to the Webpack project, but is not a team member.
2. Ryan only has ownership of the @parcel scope. It is unknown who owns @parceljs or @parcel-bundler: https://twitter.com/rynclark/status/993928588318691329
