Higher level math book recommendations?

I have a background in discrete math, combinatorics, abstract algebra and computer science.

I am considering Ramsey theory by Graham, Metric spaces by Searcoid, Surreal numbers by Knuth and CPDT (that book about Coq)

I am motivated purely by interest in the subject of math. Any ideas?
