Ask HN: Trending Photos on Twitter

Just thinking out loud here.Would it be nice if we could view all the photos or gifs on twitter that have more than 1000 likes for example in a given week or a certain duration of time.Does a twitter have any api that can accomplish this.This could be turned in a service that i know many people would pay for.
