Any great marketing folk here looking to join a Toronto startup as a co-founder?

Looking for a great marketing person to join our startup as a co-founder. Must be in Canada, or Toronto, or willing to fly to meet quarterly. The product is built, it's a marketplace with a supply and demand side.. We've been building out the supply-side successfully, looking for a marketing CMO, to build out the demand side and start getting us sales!
