Pandas_talib (technical analysis for stocks) now supports usage with pandas-0.23

I am building a stock analysis product and I had to use pandas with pandas_talib. It was so broken so I had to fix it. NO seemed to bother to update it.

I thought it would be helpful for others so I am sharing my fork with the fixes.
