Agent on Demand
I learned about this service via this other thread ( https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=16494677 ) and gave it a whirl. My experience was a very positive one. I reached out to Agent on Demand when on my job search earlier this year. Michael was helpful in helping me evaluate what was most important to me and became my go-to for bouncing ideas/thoughts back and forth. As things narrowed down he provided great points to consider. I chose to handle negotiations directly, but would have trusted Michael to do it. He made my decision making process much easier and was in the background providing valuable advise and data throughout! I'd recommend Agent on Demand if you need advice or the whole negotiation handled.

[ 4.2 ms ] story [ 19.9 ms ] threadI really like where I work but because I infrequently change jobs I don’t have much experience negotiating my compensation. This makes the negotiations between me and my employer feel quite asymmetric.
Having Michael provide advice helped me consider and ask for all of the things that will make my relationship with my employer as mutually beneficial as possible.
