Ask HN: What statically typed serverside web framework do you recommend?

I'm recently using a lot of typescript and I love the safety and IDE autocomplete and refactoring that it provides. I'm looking for the same thing in a serverside framework. I'm very familiar with symfony, and I'm looking for something with the same amount of "batteries included" for things like templating, form handling, orm, etc. Just with type safety, preferebly all the way down to the template, but that's not a hard requirement.
