Be honest with recruiter why I'm not interested?

Had a good phone conversation with a recruiter. After looking at the job description and glassdoor reviews, I told him I'm not interested. He asked why in a non-pushy way.

Should I be honest? Minor reason: commute isn't awful but isn't great either. Major reason: GlassDoor indicated company is going through major turmoil (possible VC buyout).
