Ask HN: GitHub people: how's things?

Having seen GitHub people at conferences, there is definitely a fun vibe, strong developer and open culture that you can tell people love working there. At least from my viewpoint and interactions.

This Microsoft buyout is only 4 days old so at this point nobody really knows how it will turn out 6 months or a year or two down the road.

Just some questions:

* How's morale?

* What types of change do you think this buyout will bring?

* Any indications yet of how closely MS wants to manage GitHub?
