VPN vs. Proxy vs Tor which is best for Privacy

I am confused between choosing between VPN vs. Proxy vs. Tor. In order to remain anonymous. One of my friend has become cyberstalking victim.

She recommend to use VPN.

I have created poll for this purpose. Choose the one you like the most .

So one one participated in the poll. Anyways I wanted the answer. So I started searching.

My most fav was tor but since many services are blocked when using tor. like gmail, google and even facebook.
