Ask HN: How to deploy an Iframe app on Facebook Fan Page tab?

It is unclear whether to move forward with and Iframe app or FBML app for usage on a Facebook Fan page tab given Facebook's rapidly changing API.

Any thoughts or knowledge on the subject?
