Ask HN: Need some help with ESRI ArcGIS

Looking for someone with a lot of experience with ArcGIS, specifically with creating map from open layer data. I just need a conceptual overview. Anyone free for a 15 minute phone call to help? I will pay you back in kind however I can (lots of expertise on team in a variety of techs).
