Ask HN: What would you expect ( features-wise ) from an IT recruiting site?

I have seen a couple recruiting companies, specially those focused on IT recruiting, with websites just horrible ( and almost none with a mobile app ).

Not much more than a simple form to upload a CV, the best ones allow the candidate to apply to a specific opening, with minimal details...

What would you expect from this kind of business website ? What UX concerns and features should be the minimal requirements for those sites/apps in 2018 ? Which are the best ones you have seen/used ?
