Ask HN: How to help with time management and project management challenges
I have an employee that regularly doesn’t finish tasks on time and doesn’t concentrate on items that are high priority.
How can I help him?
In his defense I’m sure some of it is my type A personality but I have been trying to give him the benefit of the doubt for what I think is long enough already.
