Odoo, formerly OpenERP, kind of went all private. I think they still post the source code, but it’s just...not as open. Reminds me of the path Docker took / is taking.
If you are researching ERPs - make sure to checkout ERPNext - really nice product on the surface and very active community developing it. (it is fully OS and can be selfhosted)
