Phaedra from Promise was rude to mewithout provocation

I wanted to talk to her after hearing her presentation today. However, in the middle of me greeting her and saying how I admired the mission which is why I wanted to talk to her, she rolled her eyes and ignored me to start talking to the person next to me. Then ignored me while she tried to recruit the guy next to me. This unequal treatment was rude and I want to call it out here.
