This term needs to die. While you may have one definition of it, it's being used as a club to beat many men down when they actually have an informed opinion.
I've also seen it used as a political tool to make it look like that person shouldn't get an advancement.
On top of it all, it's blatently sexist against men. I thought we were trying to stop sexism, not encourage it.
