Ask HN: Any Colleges that don't use WebAssign?

Hello,

I'm considering going back to college, however every course seems to use a proprietary textbook with an overprised online 'key' I must purchase to submit online homework. The price gouging is atrocious.

Are there any colleges/universites that use open-source textbooks and don't use a WebAssign-like program?
