The author's understanding of reading comprehension must be suspect. The author obviously didn't read the manifesto and is presenting a straw man argument. The manifesto never said women are worse programmers. Only that in aggregate a randomly selected woman from the population has a lower probability of being interested in being a programmer than a randomly selected male.
