Internet Users by Country – Iceland 100% Smartphones at Birth? (internetlivestats.com)

I would assume the data was collected only for adults. The "internet Users" figure seems to be roughly 50% of the total population for the country.

Worked for a company there a couple of years ago. Know this is close to accurate. In my notes I have 2014 numbers by Statistics Iceland stating individuals with internet access at 98.2%.
