[–] smt88 7y ago ↗ If I'm interested in a candidate, I decide whether or not to interview based on LinkedIn or AngelList. When I got resumes, my next step was to Google the candidates and read profiles.In fact, I haven't looked at a PDF/Word resume in many years.
