Ask HN: SaaS for simple video editing?

Hi all, can anyone recommend any sass products for simple video editing? My requirements are:

- cross fade between video clips - playback select clips at higher speed (2x, 4x, 8x) - pan/zoom still images - simple text overlays - export as 1080p avi with a common codec - total video length of a few minutes

Does such a thing exist? Any suggestions?
