Ask HN: How much would Google offer to someone the previously rejected

What kind of range would I be looking at? Now I only have essentially 4 years of Ruby experience and some DBA and ETL development. Seems like the best case scenario I'd be going back to square 1 career wise in exchange for the "privilege" of working at Google.
