70M Jobs Seeking Head of Operations

70 Million Jobs (YCS17), the first for-profit national employment job board for people with criminal records, is seeking a Head of Operations. We're a small, scrappy team of 5, based in SF, experiencing great traction and near-profitability.

We're seeking:

Someone who is a "start-up person"--scrappy, nimble, comfortable with some chaos, able to wear many hats, aggressive. We are doing something never done before, and sometimes making it up on the fly. You either like that or hate it.

Someone to handle all of the routine business/office responsibilities: payroll, HR, accts payable/receivable, budgeting, etc.

Someone to oversee the ideation and implementation of our marketing. We have a 2-sided marketplace (job applicants, of which we have one million, and large, national employers). We do lots of marketing hacks, and will soon be embarking on paid acquisitions.

Someone who will join sole founder public face for the organization.

Someone who has a major passion for our work of providing deserving men and women with second chance employment. We've helped hundreds of folks get jobs--a large number in a very short time.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who will approach our early-stage start-up as a founder--interested in all aspects of the business, constantly coming up with ideas, connections, etc., as if you were a founder.

We were successful in raising a small seed round at Demo Day, and are now raising more funds, in advance of an A Round. The response has been very good, because we are nearly profitable (should be in a couple of months) and have shown great early traction. We are operating alone in a vast, emerging space.
