Borg vs. Kubernetes

I am curious how the Borg differs from Kubernetes today. I imagine there's some convergence between the design of the two systems, but I'm curious if there are any specific insights (for example, I imagine the Borg is managing a significantly larger set of machines than the k8s is in any single environment).
