Ask HN: Looking for a good corporate lawyer for a revenue share contract

I need a lawyer to review a revenue share contract between me (a French national living abroad) and a company based in California. Has anyone got any good recommendation?

Also, I'd be interested if someone knows a good accountant to see what would happen tax wise for me and the californian company if I transfer the contract to a company in Belize or some other tax haven...
